WHY USE THE OFFICE PARTNER?
After a day on the tools or with customers, invoices, emails and paperwork can be the last things you want to tackle. We help you get those jobs off your list.
Whether you are an electrician, plumber or another small business owner, you work with a friendly, experienced person who gets to know you and your business.
REAL PEOPLE. PRACTICAL HELP.
Our team has over 60 years’ combined experience in managing businesses, running offices and credit control.
When you join, a dedicated account manager handles your agreed work. You have a friendly person to speak to by phone or email and can arrange a video call.
We bring experience of handling customer enquiries and day-to-day office work. Replies and messages follow the wording and instructions you approve, with decisions brought back to you.
We prepare invoices from the job details and prices you provide, then handle agreed payment reminders. Queries and disputes come back to you.
Hand over quotes, emails, appointment arrangements and record updates. Choose the tasks that take time away from your customers or evenings.
Choose a one-off block or monthly allowance. You pay for agreed support hours, without committing to an employee’s salary. Extra time is discussed first.
We work from our own workspace. Where practical, we use your existing email, diary and invoicing systems, with access and responsibilities agreed before work starts.
HELP WITHOUT TAKING ON AN EMPLOYEE
With a genuine self-employed supplier arrangement, you pay for the agreed service. You do not provide employee holiday pay or sick pay, or run PAYE for the supplier. The supplier is responsible for their own tax and National Insurance.
This can keep costs and employment administration down when you need a few hours of help rather than an employee. You choose an agreed block of hours at a clear price. Monthly packages are renewed by agreement, and unused monthly hours expire.
Employment and tax status depend on the actual working arrangement. GOV.UK explains employment status. We agree the work, responsibilities and service terms before starting.
AN ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
An electrician has completed several jobs but still needs to turn the job notes into invoices. They provide the customer details, approved prices and payment terms, and ask us to prepare the invoices.
We handle: the agreed invoice preparation, checks for missing information and the approved sending process.
The electrician keeps control of: prices, approvals and any disputed charges.
The benefit: less routine paperwork to deal with after the working day, with the time used recorded and shared.
This is an example, not a customer result. The time needed depends on the work and information provided; no fixed number of invoices is included in a package.

It could be sending invoices, chasing an overdue payment, replying to enquiries or getting your diary in order. Tell us what needs attention and how often. You do not need to know which package to choose.
We discuss what can be handed over and agree the cost, so you can decide whether the help is right for your business.
